So she made chocolate cupcakes 
Surprised was she to be complimented on her bakes

They were simply yum and melted in my mouth
How she made them was my only doubt

Out with it and recite the recipe to me
So very shocked and elated was she

Three fourths of a cup of flour we need
In case a big stomach we need to feed

A dash of baking powder
Will surely make the chef a li'l prouder

For baking soda, half a spoon
Add to it, a small fortune

A cup of sugar will definitely do
In case of a sugar rush, feel free to use the loo

Cocoa powder as much as you think 
With a few smiles and a wink

Let'em rise and shine till fully baked
Ah! those cupcakes have really caked

So who was this splendid chef, really
None other than yours truly
