Exercising - ﹰWell I know it is easy for me to say that, one should exercise. But the question is how , because for you it is probably the most boring thing to do. Well what you want to do is grab a friend and go cycling with him/her. During your journey, maybe you can gossip or just talk about anything. Now for the dance lovers, dancing is the best exercise you can do to lose weight. Just put on loud music and just dance your head off. It will not only help you lose weight but it will also flood you with happiness.
Doing every little thing you can do - This is also a very important step to achieving your goal. Doing every little thing you can do to loose weight. Now lets take an example, suppose you get a call from your friend. What will you do? You will pick up the call and probably sit down for an hour to talk to your beloved friend. What I say you do is to walk up and down while talking, or maybe if you live on the first floor then you can go up and down the staircase. You will not even pay attention on your walking and the the time will fly and you probably will have done your day's exercise in a jiffy! What else do you want!
Do chores around the house - It is some what similar to my previous point but its the key to loosing weight. I know that you want water and I also know that you will ask for water, instead of getting it yourself. (then you are like me). But I want you to get up and go charging toward your kitchen door. Yes it is that simple! You can also help in the kitchen, do some dusting, and probably visit the market yourself to get the needed items. Walking around the market and locating those items for an hour or so, will help your body.
Be a dog walker - Don't want to exercise! Don't worry I have an excuse for you! Walk your dog. Now if you don't have one, then offer to walk your neighbor's. Maybe you can walk their dog every evening. Side note: you might even earn money if you ask them to pay you for walking the dog! Well if you are a dog lover then all the more reason to do so.
A good intake of diet - No! I am not telling you to follow a professional diet. I am saying that reduce some of your sweet intake. Another tip for doing that is imagining your self in the position you want to be in after loosing your weight. Think about the positive points of being in that state and you will automatically refrain from eating nutella or anything sweet. This is very important too!
Doing things at a fixed time - Do things at a fixed time . Eat your food at a fixed time , get up at a fixed time and sleep at a fixed time. For example you make a routine of waking up at 7 am every day, then follow it . Maintaining a fixed time for everything will drastically change your body from fat to fit or maybe to thin.
Keep a goal - keep a goal of doing x number of steps everyday. Or to start off, you can even keep small goals of maybe doing small chores around the house. Keeping a goal will keep you motivated and achieving it will make you content and satisfied. Trust me, ticking off a goal you completed will be the best feeling ever!
Your mindset - The most important but sadly the least followed, 'building a mindset'. If you can train your mind, then you have successfully achieved your goal.

ReplyDeleteI strongly agree with “Building a mindset” for adopting a healthy lifestyle for eating. It definitely worked for me. I desperately need to follow your first tip though.
